| Abstract |
In May 2010, Norwich Cathedral in Norwich, England, became home to a Japanese karesansui garden. Called Tokuon no niwa, which means “the garden of calm virtue,” the garden is both apt and unprecedented in its innovative and powerful articulation of the divine in material culture. |
